At AMG Event Services, every project begins with meticulous planning: a strategic briefing, technical drawings, material specifications, detailed timelines and strict safety protocols. This process ensures that all teams work in sync from day one and that every phase flows without interference.
When a project includes tents or modular structures, installation begins with site marking, foundation preparation, anchoring systems, structural elevation and comprehensive safety inspections. Once this phase is completed, electricians, audiovisual technicians, furniture specialists, decorators and climate control teams step in. Every element must function like a perfectly calibrated mechanism.
24 to 48 hours before the event, we carry out full technical testing. In large-scale events, pressure multiplies — and there is no room for error.
A clear example was the MotoGP Gala Awards at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Cheste. For the first time, the season closing ceremony was held inside the circuit itself, integrating a temporary structure adjacent to the VIP Village. AMG designed and executed a space that included a main stage, a public area, open to spectators for the first time, and an elevated VIP zone for riders, families, sponsors and official guests, offering a privileged view of the show. The challenge was to seamlessly integrate the structure within the circuit environment and transform it into a natural extension of the VIP Village, including direct access from the Lounge area.
Meticulous planning and a strong focus on finishing details resulted in a safe, perfectly integrated space worthy of an international event of this scale. In projects like this, synchronization is essential to optimize timelines and guarantee flawless execution.
